Ken Perlam – "the Haifetz of the Banjo" – marks Harold Schiffman's 85th birthday with the premiere of Schiffman's newly minted Banjo Concerto. Also on the program are premieres by Brian Wilbur Grundstraom, Joseph Rubinstein, William Toutant and John Winsor.
