Aaron Jodoin received a Bachelor of Music in Music Theatre Accompanying and a Master of Music in Conducting from Shenandoah Conservatory in Shenandoah, Virginia. He moved to New York City in 2005 and became a Music Director/Accompanist at CAP21 and took an Associate Professor position at Montclair State University as Music Director for the Department of Theatre and Dance (2006-2010). He is a pianist, vocal coach, arranger, orchestrater and music copyist here in New York City. Past credits include: Director/Music Director: Trails, The Spitfire Grill, See What I Wanna See, Floyd Collins, john & jen, Assassins: Music Director; A Man of No Importance (dir. by Evan Pappas), Crazy for You, Forever Plaid, The Full Monty, Funny Girl, Pippin, Cabaret, A Grand Night for Singing, Urinetown, The World Goes 'Round, Once on This Island, Parade: Associate Music Director; Les Miserable, My Fair Lady, The Producers, Fiddler on the Roof; Other credits: Tintypes, The Lost Colony, The Most Happy Fella, City of Angels, The Baker's Wife, Sweeney Todd, Merrily We Roll Along, Into the Woods and Working as well as many many more. This past fall he Music Directed Trails at the New York Musical Theatre Festival where the show was awarded best music.
