Stephanie Godino was born and raised in New York City. She received her ballet training from Margaret Craske; V. Pereyslavec and at the Joffrey Ballet School. She has danced with many companies including Kansas City Ballet; "Lotte Goslar's Pantomime Circus"; Joffrey 2 Dancers; New York Theater Ballet; the Metropolitan Opera Ballet and New York City Opera. Stephanie has choreographed and directed productions for the Di Capo Opera; Bronx Opera and the State Repertory Opera of New Jersey, where she directed "The Marriage of Figaro." Her teaching credits include "Leggz Ltd." in Rockville Center; Broadway Dance Center; Peridance; Brooklyn Ballet; Ethical Culture Fieldston School; La Guardia H.S. and NYU Tisch School of the Arts. Stephanie currently teaches ballet and character dance at the Joffrey Ballet School where she has taught since 1999. In addition to dance, she sings with an acapella chorus and conducts her church choir. Stephanie holds a BA degree in Theater and Dance from Empire State College (SUNY) . This is her second season at CAP21.
