Chuck Ragsdale

Chuck Ragsdale is currently the Director of Education at Maine State Music Theatre, a professional summer theatre in Brunswick, ME. He most recently directed the 2011 intern company production of Spring Awakening for MSMT as well as performing principle Equity contract roles of Rooster Hannigan in Annie, and Thalia in Xanadu. Chuck originated the role of Prince in the Broadway National Tour of The 101 Dalmatians Musical, directed by Jerry Zaks and has appeared Off-Broadway in How To Save The World…(New World Stages), The Ark (37 Arts), and The Dracula Journals (American Theatre of Actors). Favorite regional credits include Prince Herbert in Monty Python's Spamalot,Mary Sunshine, Chicago, Freddy Benson, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels; Leo Bloom, The Producers; and Malcolm MacGregor ,The Full Monty. Chuck holds a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre from the University of Cincinnati-College Conservatory of Music and is a 12 year member of Actors' Equity Association. www.chuckragsdale.com
