Austin's Monday Night Class has returned!
Monday's starting January 7 - February 27 from 5-6:30
Then from February 27 - March 27 it will switch to Mondays from 6:30-8
All Classes held at CAP21 (either on the 6th or 5th floor).

Only $12 ($10 for current students).
The class is geared toward an intermediate level, but All levels are welcome. Individual modifications will be given to support all students in attendance.
Classes consist of a 35 minute warm up, and culminates in a Jazz combination taught at "dance audition speed".

Classes will be offered at CAP21 from 6:30-8:00pm. Cost is just $10.00 for 90 amazing minutes of challenges and inspiration!! ALL fitness levels welcome. The class focuses on strength building, cardio, flexibility and stamina. Bring your mat and a bottle of water, and get ready to sweat!
