CAP21 NEW WORKS WRITERS RESIDENCY

This residency is a two-week space residency for writers, taking place January 4th â€“January 15th. There will be 8-15 writers and/or writing teams selected and provided with studio space, piano and WiFi, with a stipend and support from CAP21'S Artistic Director.

CAP21 offers a variety of opportunities to develop new musicals. The process includes drama and musical meetings with artistic staff, in house readings, stage readings, and productions.


LONG TERM WRITERS RESIDENCY
The four month to a year residency provides comprehensive support for the creation of new work and each residency is individualized to meet the specific needs of the writing team artist/s.

The Writers Residency is a two-week space residency for writers. Three times per year, 8-15 writers and/or writing teams are selected and provided with studio space, piano with a stipend and support from CAP21'S Artistic Director.
