Austin Eyer (alum '03 and current Faculty) spent the first half of his summer teaching acting and movement for Music Theater Bavaria in Germany. He then traveled to Sonoma, CA where he joined the cast of "Broadway Under the Stars" with fellow CAP Alum Brooke Tansley, which was presented by Transcendence Theater Company (Founded by CAP Alum Brad Surosky).

Timothy Hughes will make his Broadway debut in the upcoming production of Chaplin. Previews begin August 21st and opens September 10th, 2012 at The Barrymore Theater.

Lauren Hope-London received her MFA for the Central School of Speech and Drama, appeared in the UK premiere of Little Women and just completed a run of Spring Awakening.

Austin Eyer will be teaching his "Open Dance Class" Monday nights from 6-7:30 at CAP21 on the 6th floor, starting September 17 to December 10. For more details join "Austin Eyer's Open Dance Class" on Facebook.

The class is geared toward an intermediate level but ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME!

Classes will consist of a 30 minute warm up, a short across the floor technique review and then culminate in a combination taught at "dance audition speed".

Combinations will be a new style every week, and will sometimes be real audition combinations from current shows.
